'Bittersweet Air' aims to inform the public, in an engaging way, as to the imperative to reduce the emissions of the greenhouse gas nitrous oxide (300 times the potency of carbon dioxide), a major proportion of which is due to the use of fertilisers in agriculture. The piece was created in collaboration with @theotherGisele and Professor Tim Daniell, for The Festival of The Mind 2020
